The 6-2 Seattle Seahawks take on a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team that has been a statistically top rushing defense this year, but is among the worst in the league when defending against the pass. Anthony Nachreiner of 600 AM KGEZ joins Brandan Schulze to preview Sunday's matchup. Anthonys says that with the Bucs' blitz heavy defense, it could mean a big day from Russell Wilson if he's able to take advantage of that secondary like other teams already have this season. Chris Carson could have a rough day if Seattle decides to run into the strength of Tampa's defense led by former Washington Huskies defensive lineman Vita Vea.
On the offensive side of the football for the Bucs, Jameis Winston has a lot of talent on the outside at receiver as well as some underutilized talent at tight end. However, Winston has been a turnover machine as the Bucs have been averaging three turnovers a game over their five losses this season. Can Winston be patient and take what the Seahawks defense gives him, or will he try and make big plays into tight windows down the field? With the Bucs 2-5 record as an indicator, Anthony expects mistakes late in the game will provide Seattle with an opportunity to move to 7-2 on the year.
