There is an old saying that those who can't do teach.  Well I what you to look at it a different way.  I believe that your not the expert until you will teach.   You see if there are no teaching, knowledge stalls and the wheel has to be reinvented.  If there is teaching there is passing on the knowledge to the next person maybe even the next generation. So I tell you why it is import to teach what you have learned when you can teach it makes you better and it helps the person that you teach.

All Ideas are not created equally, so all solutions are not created equally.  Today its time to open your mind and take what is meant for you, and leave the rest for the person it's meant for.
