Why "Just Relax" is GREAT Advice | Marwa Azab | Closer Today 009

YOU KNOW " just relax" is shit advice for anyone going through infertility. It’s not the RELAX part that’s annoying, because let’s face it, we all could do with relaxing more in our lives!

I love Marwa Ted talk explaining why we need to find ways to stay less stressed during infertility, because of the impact stress can have on our hormones. And we need these hormones at ALL stages of TTC and beyond.

She also goes on to explain why your doctor might miss a few things & why it's your job to really know your body and the importance of being your own hero during infertility.

You can watch the whole clip here

You can follow Marwa on Facebook here and here. Also, be sure to check out her free webinar on depression here.

So here we go - get ready to become your own HERO! 🍍 #beyourownhero #infertility #ttc

Anything written or said about health and diet are my opinions, that I have formed over the years, through trial and error, study, reading, listening and observing. What worked for me, may not work for you. I am not a doctor, nutritionists or dietician and all medical advice should be gotten from a qualified professional. Any product recommendations are based on what we used during my infertility journey or wished I had.
