Tim Miller is the Head Coach of the baseball team at Davis & Elkins College. His career as a baseball coach extends through Division II and III, and also high school baseball. His experience as a pitching coach has been tremendous, especially at Frostburg State when his pitching staff led the nation in strikeouts per nine innings.

In this episode we discuss many components of college baseball from a coach's perspective. We talk about the difference in recruiting pitchers and hitters in terms of what Coach Miller looks for and what he tries to identify in a guy before bringing them into the program. There is a plan when recruiting players and Coach's experience with it is a great conversation to listen to that can benefit players and coaches tuned into the podcast.
