Tom Riley is the Head Coach at Goldey-Beacom College, a NCAA Division II Program in Pike Creek Valley, Delaware.  He played collegiately at Hanover College a Division III program, finishing his career in 1998.  Soon after he began his coaching career as an Assistant Coach at Dominican College, a Division II program from 2001-2004.  Later, from 2008-2012 he was the owner and personal trainer at Riley Performance Training.  Then, from 2013-2015 he was an Assistant Coach at Delaware State University, a Division I program. On November 30, 2015, he was given the opportunity to reinstate the Goldey-Beacom College baseball program as the Head Coach.


In this episode, we start off talking about the opportunity he was given to reinstate the Goldey-Beacom College Baseball Program and why he decided to take on this challenge.  Also, discussing how he went about starting this first-year program, focusing on the recruiting aspect.  We than dive into the importance of team culture and how Coach Riley went about creating a team culture at Goldey-Beacom.
