Zach Kokoska is a Minor League Baseball Outfielder in the Colorado Rockies Organization. In his Senior year of High School, Zach was voted the Gatorade Pennsylvania Player of The Year, as well as the USA Today Pennsylvania Player of The Year.  He stated his Collegiate playing career at Virginia Tech and then transferred to Kansas State University.  Then, Zach was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 10th round of the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft.  He made a name for himself in his first season of professional baseball, hitting with a .395 AVG and a .993 OPS. 


In this podcast, we start off talking about Zach’s collegiate career and what helped him put up consistent numbers on the field.  Here, we dive into creating success through routine and work ethic, as well as pre-game physical and mental preparation.  Also, discussing opposite gap approach and why that works, and the importance of a proper hitting approach.
