Following talks between Ukrainian and Russian officials, Moscow says it will “drastically reduce military activity” on two fronts — Kyiv and Chernihiv. And both sides are now discussing the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelensky. Meanwhile, Russian shelling has left villages with homes reduced to piles of rubble. In Mariupol officials say 90% of the city's residential buildings have been damaged or destroyed. 160,000 people are still trapped there. And in the west another fuel depot is on fire.
