Janette is an athlete, mama, and Perinatal Therapist who believes that confidence and strength in your body – before and after childbirth - is a RIGHT, not a privilege.

Her  focus is to help athletic women prepare for and actively recover from pregnancy and child birth, and to help them return to sports and competition as quickly and safely as possible.

She is best known for Caesarean Birth (C-section) rehabilitation through online group programs and 1:1 therapy.
