It’s been almost three years, but Scott Fish (@ScottFish24) finally makes his return to Fitz on Fantasy. As someone who runs fantasy leagues for a living, Scott tells host Pat Fitzmaurice (@Fitz_FF) which qualities are most important for commissioners and shares a clause that should be in every set of league rules. Scott and Pat also discuss how fantasy leagues might handle the switch to a 17-game regular season. Not surprisingly, there’s some conversation about the Scott Fish Bowl.
