Can Phil break down Authenticity in just 10 minutes? 

Can you say that in 10 years' time that you are proud of who you are and the road you have travelled, whilst being the truest form of yourself? Being authentic does not always mean that you are right though, and often it is a hard pill to swallow, but if you are willing to learn from these then there is light at the end of the tunnel.

With a little bit of intense training, your conscience will tell you if you are on the right path, your job is to listen to it guide you.

Never be ashamed of who you are, because you are doing the best you can, with the resources you have at hand, at this particular time.

As always remember life is a journey, it is not all about the destination. Enjoy the journey that you are walking.
