Fly tier, author and member of the gold medal winning team at the Canadian fly fishing championships, Phil has spent many years honing his craft. He also conducts fly fishing schools and has instructional DVD's with his good friend Brian Chan on Conquering chironomids. He is truly a wealth of knowledge on all things fly fishing. His passion is to share these skills with other fly fishers in order to shorten the learning curve.
