I have to tell you about this hilarious Facebook ad that I saw this morning. Long story short, this guy did this ad to push his system on how to make money flipping real estate. He was standing next to a Lamborghini parked in front of a Chase building. I didn't actually listen to the audio portion of the video, but I did watch it and read the comments (which was mostly the hilarious part). People aren't easily fooled. The comments mentioned how he never got into or out of the car, and why did he decide to do the video in front of the Chase building? I can only assume that it was for brand recognition.
While this is all somewhat entertaining, the sad truth is that there are some folks who are getting desperate. People selling these products for their own financial benefit are taking advantage of people's pain points. I'm not saying that all people selling products through Facebook ads are snake oil salesmen. However, the majority of them are trying to get rich off of other people's desperate situations. Of course, if the material provides true value and results, then that's legitimate. However, in most circumstances, this is simply not the case.
Do your research prior to buying into any program that promises fast riches. Scrutinize and pay close attention to the negative reviews out there. Realize that you can also utilize plenty of free resources as well, such as free podcasts, library books, blogs, and other resources. You could also search for a mentor for what it is that you are interested in and the goals that you are trying to accomplish. While this may not be easy in of itself, this is typically the best method for accomplishing whatever goals that you are trying to reach with the appropriate assistance that you need.
