Today Dani chats with chefs from the South and East Asian region including luminaries like Hong Kong based Chef Peggy Chan of Grassroots Initiative Consultancy and India based chef Manjit Gill of ITC Hotels. 

These conversations are a partnership between Food Tank and the Barilla Foundation in light of the expansion this week of their Double Pyramid.
