The Euro Leagues crew are back and this week Steve Crossman is joined by Julien Laurens, James Horncastle and Kristof Terreur as they delve into the biggest talking points from World Cup qualifying. They had to start with Germany and their loss against North Macedonia. Pod regular, Christian Falk, head of football at Sport Bild gives us the insight into how that game was a disaster for the national team.

And as the minnows of European football make an impact in World Cup qualifying the guys hear from Luxembourg defender Maxime Chanot, after his side beat the Republic of Ireland and took the lead against Portugal. And the guys pose the question as to why the minnows of football are growing?

It wouldn’t be a Euro Leagues episode without Kristof talking about Belgium – so does Roberto Martinez now know his team for the Euros? Kristof discusses that and the future of Roberto Martinez, as his contract comes to an end in 2022. James tells the guys about interviewing super agent Mino Raiola, who’s one of the most mysterious men in football, and James says there is a chance that Erling Haaland could join Manchester City.

And where next for Sergio Aguero? Cape Town FC? Or is that just an April Fools joke?
