We were joined by an on-phone guest, Jamel Mims of the STOP Mass Incarceration Network.  Jamel’s perspective on mass incarceration was a bit...well, tune in and decide for yourself.  Leave your comments, questions, suggestions on our FTP Facebook Page or Tweet Us @FTPLaw.
