This week on ...
For the People... law in plain language
with Debra D. Rainey, Esq.
Is there Shame in a Name?
Naming Laws & social implications!
Should our society allow our government to step in and veto or control
the ability for parents to name their children as they see fit?
What if the name the parents choose triggers thoughts of racial hatred,
or racial superiority or nudism or sexuality? What about then?
Is there shame in a name? Should there be? The FTP Fam delved
into the belly of the personal beast an area where half the Fam
believed hands off Uncle Sam, butt out! The other half of the Fam
believes certain names or words should be hands off or banned.
When if ever should our government butt into how we raise,
rear and name our children? Tune In and be entertained!
