For the People... law in plain language
The 4th Amendment = Your Rights
unreasonable searches and seizures +  secure in their persons + shall not be violated
Our Host The Compassionate one discussed our rights as it relates to unreasonable searches and seizures of our person and things by the Police.  We learned that the law recognizes three levels of interactions between citizens and the Police.  We recognized Brother Johndi Harrell as having been crowned person of the year by Goodwill Industries.  The Compassionate one explained and compared reasonable suspicion and probable cause and she disputed the notion that she hates on the Police.  Check out this episode and decide for you self!
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
