If your work-life-love-laugh-balance has changed during the past couple of years (um, hello everyone!) and looking down the barrel of 2022 raises all kinds of questions, then hook in to FORTY with the oh-so-wise and delightful Dr Amantha Imber.

Personally, Amantha unpacks how dating in her forties is so vastly different to the pressure of dating in her twenties, and why turning 44 triggered an emotional mother-daughter connection.  Professionally, Amantha studies people. As an organisational psychologist and founder of world-renowned behavioural science consultancy Inventium, she has challenged and innovated long before a global pandemic made us question the status quo around our work lives. Unlimited annual leave, full-time pay/four-day working week, and remote-first offices are a few examples of how she is an absolute game-changer. She throws multi-tasking out the window, knocks decision-fatigue on the head, and so much more. It's unsurprising Disney and Google and Harvard Business Review and Forbes and Women of Influence lists have all tapped her on the shoulder to share her smarts.

And now, Amantha shares them on FORTY.   CREDITS:
