This week, Chelsea are top of the transfer targets with a brilliant run of fixtures on the horizon. They may have lost against West Ham, but that certainly hasn't tempered investment in the likes of Jackson and Chilwell.There's plenty of other things to consider too, with Man City set for a great run of games as well - and a floundering Manchester United leaves us all scratching our heads as to what to do with their assets.
