This week we're officially operating with a fifth member in the surgery. Manchester City Football club nutritionist, Southampton fan and fantasy football fanatic, Parker, throws on his scrubs and joins the surgeons in dissecting fantasy football Game Week 22.

Another embarrassing twist in the Andy Carroll saga for Woodsy sees him once again taking a fickle u-turn! The hammers theme is encouraged and unfortunately unavoidable due to Payet's return and impressive performance. This causes a hammers orientated mass debate and no sign of erectile dysfunction as we reminisce over the Frenchman's staggering free kick, which quite literally finishes us off blowing bubbles.

Routine surgery then continues as we open up Game Week 21's successes and look in quick succession to our Game week 22 predictions. Manchester City's lack of clinical and consistent attacking players are debated, as well as Rooney, Defoe and many more. There's then a conflict in opinion as the surgeons have differing views on the best remedy to treat a certain party that seems to be going into cardiac arrest....or is it revivable?

Of course none of us would take our listeners into surgery without the Iceman's analytical statistics to act as a anaesthesia and there's also a shock performance in the quiz.

The usual juvenile banter, useful stats and no first aid for a tongue tied trauma....
