This week's episode is on alcohol and we invited Elliot Ball, founder of The Cocktail Trading Company onto the podcast.  It's a huge topic and probably deserves another episode at least, but this week we spoke about why we like drinking alcohol, what constitutes binge drinking and why we allow ourselves to drink too much even though we know hangovers are TERRIBLE.  We also speak about alcohol and mental health and why generation z seem to be choosing more and more to cut out alcohol altogether.
