You thought you had a right to observe public trials? Now in New Hampshire they are open only to the participants, per the audio I recorded today when I tried to enter a local landlord tenant hearing of interest at Keene district church. I was denied access to the court and the supposed right to observe the government per the NH Constitution's Bill of Rights, eighth article:

"Government, therefore, should be open, accessible, accountable and responsive. To that end, the public’s right of access to governmental proceedings and records shall not be unreasonably restricted."
