A non drifter is upfront, honest, direct, sticks to what he says, never has an alibi for his shortcomings and never blames others for his mistakes. He is an inspiration to all who come into contact with him. Instead of a go getter you might refer to him as a go-giver.The most important feature of this person, this non drifting person, is he has a mind of his own and uses it for all purposes.This is not the most of people in the world, now is it?
