The Louden and The Jamco are finally reunited after all these years, as they take a stroll through memory lane, from meeting each other commentating the early days of FWZ and shows before years ago and where how he felt when FWZ became defunct and Mr Styles travelling on to other places to commentate and then become a big ole CAW Rassler.

We go through all the leagues that Louden has commentated for after FWZ dissapeared , and his experiences in these places, some of these shows seem to be assigned to the 'big bad' Vivianverse, and we discuss his association with WEDF and why the group did some of the questionable things that they did, was Louden in the Vivianverse?

We talk about the creation of the VWU and all the controversies they have had with individuals and its relationship with the CAW All Stars group, and how things are run in the VWU. Mr Styles also clears up the heat that the VWU gets.

We also dive into the transition Louden made from a Commentator to a Rassler, and his inspirations for his character and promos.
