A 15 year veteran on the scene, he has wrestled for promotions such as East Coast Pro Wrestling, the famous Combat Zone Wrestling and Funkdafied Wrestling Federation and the Reality Of Wrestling school/tv show now owned by Hall of Famer Booker T, as well as many others

We talk about the training of a wrestler as Randy was trained by John Rambo who was trained by Rocky Johnson and Afa. We find out what kind of a trainer John is and what kind of a mindset a person needs to have to progress through training.

The physical and the mental side of professional wrestling is discussed with how to keep in good cardio condition and learning to take criticism and having a thick skin in the business.

We're gonna talk about some of Randy's matches he has had and what his goals are in Pro wrestling, including the promotion he aims to get into.
