The Jets came into week 13 on a hot 3 game winning streak to face a very beatable, winless Bengals team. Unfortunately, the Jets took them for granted and played flat in 3 phases of the game for 4 quarters. Adam Gase was unable to make any noticeable, and Andy Dalton reminded Gregg Williams that no pass rush and zone defense couldn't hide our defensive deficiencies forever. We drop to 4-8, give the Bengals their first win and eliminate all playoff hopes. This week sucks.
We're about 2 weeks away from shifting all of our focus to the draft and free agency, but we've got the Dolphins coming up this Sunday. A division rival who beat us in the first matchup is able to push us to the basement of the division with a win against Gang Green. I don't want a higher draft pick. I want to remind the Dolphins that they're the worst. Here's to a hopeful (still possible) 8-8!
