Mary McCormick, Senior Director of Sales at NetSuite Oracle, has a focus on rebuilding sales teams by improving talent, processes, and redirecting motivation to achieve improved net-new revenue results. Mary is based in Austin, TX and joined the NetSuite team 5 ½ years ago before the company was acquired by tech giant Oracle in 2016. Mary has experience selling products and services to net-new clients, as well as retaining, renewing, and upselling current customer bases. Her passion for selling started when she sold advertising space door-to-door to local business owners, as consulting small businesses has always been, and still is, her ultimate motivation.
