If there’s one thing I’ve learned from coaching 1000s of clients over the last 10 years, it’s the importance of diet breaks. Think of it as one step back to make bigger steps forward possible, like retreating in a battle to regroup, then attack and vanquish the enemy (which in this case is body fat).
