QUESTION 1: WHAT IS PRAYER REALLY?

Prayer is really like a secret power – if you’ve ever wished you had some sort of power then your wish came true, because prayer is actually a power!

When you pray great things can happen –

Through prayer someone can be healed.

Through prayer someone can be saved from an accident.

Through prayer someone can get a job.

Through prayer demon posed people have been freed.

Just to name a few – but there are many more reasons.

I want you to also think of prayer as talking to God – chatting with him like you would a friend.

Think for a moment of your best friend – when you get together or you call each other up or you text, I’m sure you tell each other everything.

Well God wants you to talk to him like that – if you’re not use to praying it might feel strange at first – but the more you talk to him the easier it’ll be.

Also, remember that you don’t have to kneel to pray – you can talk to God all day at any time – anything that is bothering you or if you’re thankful just send a quick chat to God.

Something as simple as ‘God I need you – please give me peace.’

Mark 11:24 “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
