Everyone has goals in life – we all have dreams and things we want to accomplish. I believe that God does answer our hearts desires but only in his timing and according to his will. Sometimes we want something but it’s not his will because he sees beyond that and knows if it will be good or bad for us.

There is something that you can do to help you as you wait for him to answer your desires.

Pray and turn your thoughts to him: Sometimes our desires tend to consume our thoughts – we get obsessed with it and they take all of our time, rob our energy and makes us angry. So instead of obsessing turn to pray. Take it to God – tell him your feelings and stop worrying – once it’s in his corner then you can let it go – which is not easy.

Psalm 37:4 says  “Take delight in the LORD, and he will you your heart’s desires. – Psalm 37:4 (NLT)
