Demo and Review of SpinOlution Studio Package Accessories as shown by my friend Renae from @Tail Spin Farm  I was able to help Renae find her perfect match with a spinolution monarch package.  While I love the stand alone wheel options with spinolution when someone wants to get one of our modular option wheels  ( monarch, echo, firefly) I always recommend looking at the packages.  The packages are like getting two wheels at one time. You get two different top halves of the wheel so you can switch back and forth easily in sizes.  They also come with the removable lazy kate that can also go on the floor which I consider a must have.  If you want to use the lazy kate to ply off of the top of the wheel I have a how to video showing my hack for doing this.   STUDIO PACKAGES  Purchase a SpinOluiton Package for two flyer sizes (with 3 bobbins each) plus lazy kate, skein winder, straps and wheels, extra drive band, and tube orifice bars for a complete fiber arts studio setup.   https://craftyhousewifeyarns.com/spinolution

Want to hang out with our fiber arts community? Come on over.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/craftyhousewifeyarnlove Free fiber arts resource, just for you! Click right here https://craftyhousewifeyarns.com/homemade-is-betterI don’t know about you but we think there’s enough to be gloomy about these days. The staff over here at CHY is pretty dedicated to laughing and messing around with yarn. Making mistakes , designing new patterns in the process of making mistakes… Making crazy weaving projects or needle felting just because we got a notion too. Pretty much the one thing that ties all of our crazy fiber projects together is we really like supporting what we call “ Cottage Industry”. In our minds this can range anywhere from a small farm selling its wool to a larger family owned yarn company.  Not that we have anything against the main line stuff that is found in big craft stores there’s a time and a project for everything but thanks to our underground more punk rock roots we just really dig the less “mainstream” options. In honor of all things fibery We’ve put together this fun resource page for you in hopes of getting you as equally excited about our cottage industry favs as we are. If you’re a bit much, and not for everyone yourself then congratulations you’ve found your friends here. You will get… Our popular E book and Designer Pattern guide for Hand spun or unusual yarn 3 Free Skeins of Yarn Lux Alpaca Wool Blend Yarn ( please just cover the shipping ) Free web-class on learning to Spin on a drop Spindle Free access to our DIY drop Spindle mini course Free Hand Spinner Field Guide for everything a new spinner could want to know Lots of great coupons for yarn and spinning fiber ( we’re talking huge discounts to try new things) Tips on finding small farms and businesses to get your newest supplies from local to you.
