In this episode of our Spiritual Primer series, we discuss the various types of 'teachers'... People, literature, one's experiences and the natural wisdom of oneself.  We take a dive into each of these highlighting the aspects of each and potential pitfalls with some of them (ie an inappropriate or unbalanced teacher/student relationship).  We also discuss moving one's practice beyond the practice area (yoga mat, meditation cushion, place of worship, etc.) into one's life situations.
