Our guest panel discusses how to build a women's program, make BJJ more women friendly, build a women student base and the end goal. We have assembled an experienced team of experts that have experience as academy owners, business owners, organizers and pioneers. Join us and our guest as we discuss strategies to build a women's student base, the pros and cons of women only programs and how to normalize women in BJJ.

Courtney Pratt is a MXT Black belt under Edgard Lucke in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. She began her BJJ journey 14 years ago and has been leading a women's program for 11 years of those years. She is also the founder of the women's group Women That Fight.

Multiple time IBJJF World Champion legend Emily Kwok is not only an elite BJJ athlete she is also an academy owner and head instructor at Princeton BJJ and co-founder of Groundswell Grappling Concepts. She is a long time women's BJJ advocate and leader.

Jill Baker is a black belt in Baker BJJ. She is a multiple time master world and Pan Am champion. She is also co-owner and instructor at Bakersfield BJJ. She is also head instructor for the Bakersfield Riveters Women's program in addition to being the founder of SoCal women’s open mats.
