Erika Fore: Erika is a blue belt training at L?g?s Jiu Jitsu in Denver, Colorado. A former health, sex and relationship coach, she now focuses on sexuality education for youth and reproductive justice in metro Denver.

Michele Syska: Michele graduated from Wayne State University, where she received a master degree in physical therapy. She began treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction in 2003. She has been consistently treating all types of pelvic pain and weakness issues for both men and women.
