This past year, Josh was the recipient of the U SPORTS Correspondent of the Year Award presented by The Globe and Mail, a first in Vikes history! Josh has built up an impressive cross country and writing resume since coming to UVic 5 years ago. He has been recognized as a Canada West All-Star and has written for The Martlet, The Globe and Mail and The Tyee. On the podcast, we got into some great conversations and talked about topics such as: the memorable sports moments of the decade; the processes of writing and running; and the importance of caring for mental health amongst student-athletes.
