Greetings Glocal Citizens!
This week on the podcast it's our first family affair. In a one year later flashback, I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth "Liz" Rollins-Moskowitz, mother of my guest from Episode 37 (https://glocalcitizens.fireside.fm/37), Salim Rollins. Liz describes herself as "an 82-year old trying to grow up and figure life out." With roots in Westchester County, New York, Liz traveled the world first when her parents moved to Switzerland as a teenager and later as a model and wife of modern day Renaissance Man, acclaimed photographer, musician, writer and film director, Gordon Parks. In her modeling career, Liz appeared in Life Magazine, Vogue Magazine, Ebony Magazine, and other well-known publications of the times.Liz currently lives in Mill Valley, California where she continues to paint and is happily grandmothering, book clubbing, and meditating.
