Tune in as we speak with Zoe Heller, Assistant Director for Policy Development at the California Department of Resources Recycling, about how National Sword is impacting local recycling efforts across the U.S., and what investments would be required to create the domestic recycling infrastructure needed to keep U.S. recycling onshore.
