However, God didn't call us to be ready; He only needs us to be prepared and it is God who prepares us. As you wait for your promotion, be sure to: 1) Stay in position 2) Give God your 'yes' and 3) Align with divine connections. We all need to be connected to other people who can pray for us, push us and encourage us to get to our Promised Land.
