Worry is a natural part of our make up. It is not where need our heart and mind to stay. We need to get our minds and hearts focused back on the Lord Jesus Christ. It can be hard at times but,we can overcome. The word tells us in Matthew 6:27 that worrying cannot add on hour to our lives(paraphrasing). Cast all your cares worries and doubt on the Lord Jesus. Do not let the cares of this world get you down into despair. You have hope in Jesus Christ. Call on him often regardless or what you see around you. He is the one that can change any situation. I want you to try Jesus and let him help you. We are not overtaken by this world. We are overcomers and God loves you.
