Ep.13 - The Opioid Crisis - a podcast by Noor Kidwai

In this episode I speak with Trevor Millar who is from the Canadian Psychedelic Association.  Trevor started a detox center In Vancouver to get people off of heroin and other opioids.  His Treatment center uses Iboga which is a psychedelic plant medicine that shows amazing results with opioid addiction.  He explains the state of downtown east side Vancouver and the process of getting someone off heroin using Iboga.  A full Iboga dose can last 36 hours and he explains some of the psychedelic experiences.

Trevor also talks about books that influenced him and gave him direction in life.  He explains how if you keep your mind focused on an goal, how opportunities come your way.  He also shares a new way society needs to look at addiction.
