In this Episode I speak with comedian and social worker Jesse Singh.  He shares the skills and lessons he learnt working in a youth shelter.  We talk about the inequality in society and lack of opportunity for a lot of youth these days.  We talk about how people find self worth and its link to mental health. 

We talk about new ways to look at addiction and mental health.  We talk about what trauma is and how it can effect the way you behave right now.  We discuss how we can raise our awareness to be more conscious of the ways our past influences our present.  Jesse also tells us about going on a silent meditation retreat in Thailand and having a breakthrough there.
