In this Episode I talk with veteran comedian Simon King.  Simon is based out of Vancouver and has been featured on Just for Laughs, HBO, Comedy Network, and is about to release his 3rd comedy album this May called “As good as or better than”.  Also host of the hilarious and informative podcast “What’s wrong with Simon King”.

In this Episode we talk about Simon’s early rise in comedy.  He shares how he had to change his comedy style/persona mid-career and the battling through fear one goes through to make that kind of transformation.  He speaks about the importance of having a clear understanding of what you want, of your motivations and always to continue to grow.

He also shares his experiences living with mental illness and how he has learned to cope with it.  He promotes open conversation of mental illness to help more people.

He also shares his ideas of morality and purpose in life as an atheist.
