In this Episode I speak with Author and TedX Speaker Christian De Le Huerta. Christian is author of the new book “Awakening the Soul of Power”. Christian tells us about moving to America as an immigrant kid who couldn’t speak English and being afraid to even talk to people to transforming into being a TedX Speaker around the world.  

Christian explains the hero’s journey to us. He talks about how we feel a calling in our life and we have to answer that calling by leaving our comfort zone and that’s how we experience transformation. He talks about how we need to understand how our ego’s work and how they can limit us. He explains how the ego can work for you. 

Christian also helps us understand our relationship with power. He talks about the difference between self-empowerment and egoic power. He also explains achieving transformation with Breathwork. He explains the connection between our breath and emotions.
