In this Episode I speak with Psychedelic educator and writer for the Synergetic Press Jasmine Virdi. Jasmine tells us about her earlier experiences with psychedelics and how they influenced her path. She tells us of her journey form Cyprus, to Scotland, to Brazil, to now in Mexico. 

Jasmine tells us about taking a University course on Ayahuasca in Brazil. She explains some of the different Ayahuasca ceremonies practiced in Brazil today. She also tells us of her special connection she has with the plant medicine Peyote. We talk about the different experiences from different plant medicines.  

Jasmine tells us about using psychedelics for self-development and self-discovery. She talks about properly preparing for a psychedelic trip and the importance of an intention. She also speaks about learning to connect with your breath which helps you get through difficult experiences.
