PGA Employment Services was developed to serve as the golf industry’s hiring resource and a support mechanism to help ensure the 27,000 men and women PGA Professionals, who share the common goal of growing interest and participation in the game of golf, have the necessary tools to secure employment.  It has become an invaluable resource tool for promoting jobs within the golf industry, while also serving as a solution that matches job applicants with potential employers.  In addition to a vehicle for PGA Professionals, PGA Employment Services offers a direct communication link for golf industry employers and other individuals seeking to gain employment in the golf industry.

To support PGA Employment Services, the association has 12 regional “employment consultants” who work closely with job applicants & employers, identifying the skills, experiences and qualifications necessary to perform a specific job, matching an applicant that fits the mold.  Additionally, these employment consultants educate employers on the benefits that come with hiring a PGA Professional for any number of management positions.  Supported by a continuing education program, PGA Professionals have the business and professional skills necessary to successfully manage an entire business operation and employers reap the rewards of unrivaled marketing and operational benefits.
