After Holly Palmer’s brutal beating death on November 27th, 1988, Granbury Police and Hood County Sheriff’s Department Officers began looking anywhere and everywhere for someone who might have wanted to kill the young woman. They felt it was someone who knew Holly well, someone she trusted not to hurt her, but authorities were perplexed. It seemed no one had anything against her.
