Hey Sox fans! The Chicago White Sox addressed their need for more pitching by signing free agent Mike Clevinger to a one year deal, pending a physical. Clevinger seems to be a reclamation project for pitching coach Ethan Katz to get his hands on. It's a low risk move that will hopefully allow the White Sox to fill their other needs. Clevinger has battled injuries over the last few seasons and faced a drop in his production. He missed the entire 2021 season due to recovery from his 2nd Tommy John surgery and he started the 2022 season on the injured list. What does this type of move say about what the Sox are looking to do during next week's winter meetings? Could the Sox be interested in trading for Milwaukee Brewers left-handed hitting second baseman, Kolten Wong? It checks all the boxes for the White Sox but what would the Sox give up? Also, Luis Robert and Yoan Moncada will be representing Cuba in the World Baseball Classic and we acknowledge the one year anniversary of the Sox resigning Leury Garcia. Thank you for the continued support, Go Sox!
