When you need to schedule a meeting with a client do you still pick up the phone?  Are you managing projects by piling information and documents on your desk? If you are away from the office does your team have access to client and project information?  Join me and Melissa Jackson, Owner of Normel Solutions as she shares way to incorporate technology in how you run your business.

Melissa S. Jackson is the owner & operator of Normel Solutions – a web services agency for creative entrepreneurs. Founded on this idea that entrepreneurs should be tech enabled despite how well (or not so well) they understand technology. The goal is to expose entrepreneurs to new tools and give tips on how to interact with technology. ‘Normel’ entrepreneurs attack their greatest challenge – technology –by understanding themselves first and then their businesses in depth.

One of the things Melissa talks about and you'll hear in the overall theme of her conversations with people is this idea of adding context to content. To do this she often ask 'why' several times to get to the root of client’s  needs and understand the story behind their business needs - relating it all back to their digital strategy. It allows her to help them get to the core of what they need and provide tools accordingly.
