Jones-Womack is an author, fitness professional, and the founder of Fit In, Inc., a health and wellness company dedicated to improving the health and fitness conscience of both men and women. The ultimate goal is to assist individuals to improving their quality of life.  Angela instituted Fit In, Inc. in 2003 as a means to combine her over twenty years of experience in the health care industry and her love of fitness.
Angela’s extensive background in health care, her many years of fitness experience, as well as her patience and compassion for individuals facing life altering health disparities stemming from poor diet and sedentary lifestyles, inspired her to conceptualize Fit In, Inc.
Angela has recently received her Bachelor’s in Social Work and has been working with participants who have moderate to severe mental health disorders, and is supporting them in creating reachable goals towards self-sufficiency.
Angela is dedicated to cultivating the minds and spirits of the people she serves by motivating them to be and offer their very best to God and to the world.
