My life was a hustle, a constant grind on the treadmill. Am I doing enough? Too much? Too little? Yoga saved me ten years ago, after having my daughter at 40 and suffering from complications and ultimately, post-partum depression. Yoga doesn’t offer a quick fix. It simply requires the person to commit to self, to breathe, to explore and unlock what is holding them back. Yoga pushed me to live a better life through example. I am excited to introduce my brand of wholistic + purposeful public relations with yoga for strategic, smart, and bold media campaigns.
